All our Instructors are certified and are professionally trained to teach all levels of Fitness Pole, as well as different dance programs. We pride ourselves in having all trained dancers in ballet, jazz, modern, hip hop and more. The Who, What, & Where Of Pole Fitness Studio:

WHO:
Founder Susan Hilferty began her dance studies at the School of American Ballet (SAB) and The New York City Ballet at the State Theatre in Lincoln Center. At the University of Miami (dance scholarship) Susan co-captained the Miami Hurricane dance/cheerleading team and was bestowed "All American" honors amongst the few chosen. After university, she danced four seasons with the NBA Miami Heat and choreographer Nancy Mulligan appointed her Co-Captain. Read more...

The Original Pole Dancing School in Miami! Pole Fitness Miami is a playground for women!! Our dance/fitness and pole classes will use muscles you never knew you had! We also offer South Beach getaway parties such as: bachelorette , birthdays and girls night out.
