Class Information & Descriptions:
Fall in Love with your body at Pole Fitness Studio with our fun, tantalizing classes great for every size, age and fitness level. We offer:
The Original Series Divisions 1-6: The Original Series program meets once a week for six weeks for 90 minutes each session. Each week builds on the next with going over the pole tricks and choreography you did the previous week and adding on to the routine and learning more pole work from week to week.Once you finish one level you will graduate to the next level which keeps you learning more pole tricks and choreography. Students go at their own pace and can repeat a division/level if they wish before moving on to the next.
Punch Card One Hour Series: This program is designed to teach you to pole dance and helps build upper body strength, endurance and flexibility to make for a total workout.
Each class in this series is different. You learn different spins, different ways to climb and different ways to invert as well as a different routine each class. This series is different because it does not depend on you being at a previous class. This program is also better if you want to pole dance more than once a week.The Original Series is NOT part of this program. You do not have to take these classes in any particular order although intro to pole dancing would help. Take whatever classes you want within this program with your class card.

Intro Taster Classes
Taster Class:
Get a sneak peek at what pole dancing has to offer. All fitness levels are welcomed. There is a limit to one taster class per person. This will be offered once a week. After you get a taste of pole dancing you can sign up for your division one class. Click here for enrollment information.>>
Original Series
Level 1 - Flirting Division :
This is our beginner class to pole dancing fitness. You will learn your first routine and pole tricks to tone and strengthen all areas of your body. Hang on because you will have the time of your life!
Level 2 -Temptress Division:
This takes you from division one and moves you to a whole new level with more sexy and luscious moves to add on. The pole work from division one is perfected and you move on to learn more pole work and more challenging dance choreography.
Level 3 -Vixen Division:
At this level you are starting to come into your own. You are feeling more sexy and confident about your abilities. We will start having fun with dancing in high heels as we start challenging you again and pick up the pace. Floor work, pole work, and dance routines will continue to advance. At this level you will become a Vixen!!!
Level 4 - Diva Division:
This class continues to get into more advance moves like going sideways! In every class you will always learn a new dance routine, perfect pole work and start to learn how to transition effectively from floor to pole, wall or just dancing alone.
Level 5 - Siren Division:
You are now starting to master more flexibility, sensuality and fitness. Your own way of dancing will start to glow and as we still give you more to learn in terms of choreography and focusing on new pole work, your own style will start to emerge- your inner dancer will explode so watch out sexy ladies!
Level 6 - Goddess Level:
So you finally reached your inner goddess and what a fun and fit trip it has been. You have mastered all the previous levels and are ready to take to the stage! This is a fitness class so you will only be performing for yourself and other woman besides at this point your body is looking so fabulous from getting in great shape that you will want to show it off. No worries because once you graduate from this class since it is our most advanced level it will always be changing in order to continue on with our students as long time clients to stay in shape and have fun!!

As a goddess you are always welcome back to learn new moves and variations and perfect the transitions between each. Pole Fitness is a workout and should be treated as such. Remember if you want to keep your goddess body.

Punch Card One Hour Series
Intro to Pole Dancing: In this class you will learn the basic tricks and transitions for spin and climb class. This is the beginner class for the punch card series and only needs to be taken once. This class moves slower than spin and climb. You would only want to take this class once before moving to spin and climb.
this class IS mandatory before taking spin and climb.
Spin and Climb:This class was designed by New York Pole Dancing's owner Wendy Traskos. In this class you will learn a different choreographed routine with different spinning, climbing, descending from a climb, poises, routine, dance transitions and floor work. You will build strength and endurance to prepare you for the next class Spin, Climb & Invert. This class is for beginners to advanced students.
Open Pole Class: This class is designed for the student to come in and work with an instructor on what they are working on in class be it tricks or the choreography. The instructor will continue teaching in from there. Maximum of 6 people to a class.
Spin, Climb & Invert: You will learn variations of inversions. This class also incorporates Spin and Climb class. This is for the very advanced student and must be taking the climb and spin classes. Pole, Sweat and Tears! Lois' signature Shred n Sweat class mixed with a Booty Camp kick. For only those serious about hard core full body training that incorporates serious fat burning, muscle sculpting and the ultimate in shredding experience as climbing the pole. assisted plymotrics and deep squats and lunges will be incorporated.

Salsalicious:This class is a hot fusion of high energy salsa dance moves with a cardio Pole work-out designed to make you sweat, all while strengthening and toning your body.
Exotic Meets Erotic: The 2 most erotic female dances collide- Belly dancing and Pole Dancing! Learn about the art of seduction. Why did Belly dancing begin? See how it’s evolved! This is where pole dancing is an extension of Belly dancing as it comes to the ULTIMATE FEMME FATALE of seduction.
Kitty Kat Dolls: Class resembles moves that the Pussycat Dolls do as well as a traditional dance jazz class.
Privates
Privates:
This is a one on one personal training session for pole dancing. Work on pole work, dance moves, floor work or choreography. This is your private time so it is geared to whatever you would like to work on. Click here for enrollment information.>>
Other
City Ballet Workout:
This class compliments taking all the other classes because ballet is the basis for all types of dance and exercise. This class is designed to increase your flexibility and balance. You don’t have to be flexible to do this class but it will prepare you to be more limber and graceful on the pole. In the process you learn some ballet steps as well!! Can anyone say plie?

These workshops run 3 hours in duration. Workshops will be posted and taught for 2 months before and during a holiday and South Pole Lap dance fit strip workshops will be offered once a month.
