Class Information & Descriptions:

Fall in Love with your body at Pole Fitness Studio with our fun, tantalizing classes great for every size, age and fitness level.

We offer:

STRUCTURED POLE CLASSES
Levels 1 thru 7

The Original Series program meets once a week for four weeks. Each week builds on the next with going over the pole tricks and choreography you did the previous week and adding on to the routine and learning more pole work from week to week. Once you finish one level you will graduate to the next level which keeps you learning more pole tricks and choreography. Students go at their own pace and should repeat a level before moving on to the next.

Level 1 - Flirting :

This is our beginner class to pole dancing fitness. You will learn your first routine and pole tricks to tone and strengthen all areas of your body. Hang on because you will have the time of your life!

Level 2 -Temptress :

This takes you from Level one and moves you to a whole new level with more sexy and luscious moves to add on. Level 2 strengthens your foundation of the basics and really encourages losing all inhibitions. The dance will add to your collection of sensual movements and pole tricks ending in the always-desired lap dance!

Level 3 - Vixen :

By now you've really seen great changes in your body. You feel stronger than ever. In this sexy chair dance you will learn how to combo many of the pole tricks you've learnt so far and also how to turn sideways on the pole. We are setting you up for Level 4 where you will finally go upside-down!

Level 4 - Diva :

This class continues to get into more advanced moves and we've been building you up just to turn you upside-down. This dance focuses on climbing and inverting for the first time. Using your own body weight as resistance, you truly see your ENTIRE body slim down. All while dancing and having fun!

Level 5 - Siren :

You are now starting to master more flexibility, sensuality and fitness. Your own way of dancing will start to glow and as we still give you more to learn in terms of choreography and focusing on new pole work, your own style will start to emerge- it is a part of you. This dance starts to encourage your own individual freestyle dancing in certain parts of the song.

Level 6 - Goddess :

So you finally reached your inner goddess and what a fun and fit trip it has been. You have mastered all the previous levels and are ready to take to the stage! You will continue to connect with your soul; the pole becomes one with you. This dance transitions between the floor, the bottom of the pole, the top of the pole, and everything in between. You will be upright, upside-down, & sideways. Holding on with many different body parts; not just your hands. Pole dancing is now a part of what defines you. Deep down.

Level 7 - Showgirls :

Vegas, here we come! Ready? Challenging dances will be constantly changing and this is the time were you develop your own style and dance. This is where everything we taught you comes together THESE LEVELS ARE DESIGNED FOR OUR VERY ADVANCED STUDENTS. Can anyone say black belt divas of pole dancing?

NON-STRUCTURED POLE CLASSES

Twirl and Climb :

In this class you will learn a different choreographed short routine with different spinning, climbing, descending from a climb, poises, routine, dance transitions and floor work. You will build strength and endurance to prepare you for the next class Twirl, Climb & Invert.
* This class is for beginners to advanced students.

Twirl, Climb& Invert :

Learn different spins, climbs with descents, and inverts. Then end with a free styling and incorporating what you've learned.
* For advanced Students

Tricky Tricks :

This class is to master all inverts. You will feel confident in holding your body up with your legs, abdomen, upper arms or feet. Watch out Cirque De Soleil!

NON POLE CLASSES

The Dancer's Conditioning Workout :

No pole work but a full hour of exotic dance and stretching. This class consists of a dancer's conditioning workout of getting your core and legs toned and lengthened just like a professional dancer's body. We put in ballet, Pilates as well as exotic dance to spice it up. We will get you more flexible and limber as well as explore your sexy side!!!

SOPHISTICATED LADIES & MOMS Exotic/Sensual Dance and Sexy Flexy Stretch :

Enjoy dancer's workout of building your core muscles, lengthening and stretching. This exotic dance workout will not only make you feel sexy you will start to also condition your body as a ballet dancer and become more flexible. This class is designed for all of my sophisticated women that want a work out but want to sex it up!
* All levels welcomed

Sexy Flexy- Bringing Sexy Back :

Part of the beauty in pole dancing is long movements. And flexibility plays a large part in it. If you've felt a little stiff during some of our warm-ups this is a great class. You will concentrate on flexibility and flowing gracefully between all movements. Using very soft music you will also disconnect from the rest of the world and focus on just you.

SEXY CHAIR DANCING :

You'll never look at any chair the same way again! This class introduces you to the art of chair dancing while giving you the best leg and abdominal workout you've ever had. No experience necessary. We start with the basics and work our way through a full routine so that at the end of the four-week session you'll be able to show off an unbelievably sexy chair dance routine.

EXOTIC DANCING :

You will learn floor work, walking, eye contact, hip rolls and how to get in touch with your soul and show that sexy comes from the inside out!

SENSUAL FREE FLOW :

This class will focus and expand on our original warm up. You will focus on increasing your flexibility which is so important to excel in pole dancing. You will start free style dancing with all of our transitions. It is also an important component of pole dancing that you start to move naturally yourself to whatever erotic creature of yours emerges from within. You will be taught how to use accents and creating your own choreography within your freestyle exotic dance.

Sexy Pollerina- When Ballet and Pole Dancing Collide! :

If you love ballet and lyrical dancing this is the class for you. Ballet dancers use a barre and so do we! It's just vertical instead of horizontal. Use the pole as your partner as you dance in slow, stretching movements that will elongate your body like a beautiful ballerina. The class is also designed to increase your flexibility and balance. You don't have to be flexible to do this class but it will prepare you to be more limber and graceful on the pole. In the process you learn some ballet steps as well!! Can anyone say plie or arabesque?

Stiletto Pole, Sweat and Tears :

Get ready to sweat and tone in your stripper shoes! Squats push ups, lunges - The Hottest Class to Tone and Sculpt Your Body!
* All levels welcomed. And of course shoes are optional

Pussycat Dolls :

Have you ever wanted to dance like the girls in videos or groups like the Pussycat Dolls? Here is your chance to experience being part of a group dance with sexy ladies dancing to popular music.
* All levels welcomed.

Salsalicious :

This class is a hot fusion of high energy salsa dance moves with a cardio Pole work-out designed to make you sweat, all while strengthening and toning your body.
* All levels welcomed.

Open Pole Play Class :

Practice time for you to come in and use our poles to perfect what you have been learning in class!

ROCK OF LOVE DANCE! :

Learn hot and sexy dances to rock and roll music popular in the 80'sand 90's. Be that hot, sexy woman dancing in a rock video!br />* All levels welcomed.

Booty Blast :

Are you prepared to work up some serious sweat? A nice booty is the ultimate accessory, ask J Lo or Kim Kardashian Looking good is great but it doesn't come easy! This is a great class for anyone looking to get 'Fit! We take plain old aerobics to a whole new level! Learn to let loose on the dance floor in this high energy cardio class!!! It's a high-energy dance fitness class combining technique with street dancing to develop coordination and rhythm while dancing to the hottest music. Be prepared to work up some serious sweat! Get a fun workout while dancing your cares away. Finally Hip Hop without the confusing choreography. Quick warm-up then total cardio for the balance of the class. Love the burn baby!

Cabaret :

Broadway themed Music and Fosse Styled Dance. A fully choreographed floor show featuring classic dances in a sensational sexy and energetic performance. Picture dances from Chicago, or Moulin Rouge. Music from Current Broadway hits and the old favorites Picture coming to work out a little on the wild side" with some old.

Club Vixxen :

So you think you can't dance? Why sit and watch everyone else get down in the club Get yourself into our dance classes, and pick up some fresh new moves. Here is the ticket right here; the spark which lights the flame. All exercise should be this fun. Plus you'll want to showcase these new moves here in the club. Wondering who's staying on or her toes, and who has two left feet?? Stop worrying about everyone else and perfect your Booty bounce and get the confidence you need to break it down the next time you're out with your best girlfriends.

Naughty but Nice Burlesque :

Want to try your hand at this age-old form of strip tease? Bringing back the art, and sensuality of Burlesque Theatre! Learn fun ways to express through your body, face and gesture. Use old cabaret props such as chairs and canes. Move with sensuality and style. Petticoats, top hats, feathers, fish nets, corsets and high heels welcome! Break out of the new and revive the old!

Come learn how to dress, move and act like a glamorous burlesque performer. We'll focus on classic burlesque moves and how to strip-tease with style and grace. This class is designed to suit all fitness levels, first timers to aspiring burlesque starlets. Dressing sexy is recommended for this class. Corsets, Full length Gloves, Heels, Chinese Fans, Fedoras, and Feather Boas, Mens Button Down Shirts and Ties and other sexy props are encouraged. Need costume ideas??? If you have a sexy Halloween costume you could bring that as well.

Grind house :

Ladies, Don't be scared, you know you want to try Are you wanting to make your guy go gaga? Want to leave him breathless with your kisses alone? It's not just about what you do in bed that counts. Sure, bedroom eyes will make you a star, but knowing how to tease him will make you a legend. Don't believe us? Give it arty. Bring Your Heels Ladies!!! Taught by professionals, they spill the secret moves that will make him drop to his knees a Lap dance can be sexy, sweet, smooth, slow, fast, enticing, revealing or world-rocking. Steps that work on every guy, every time. You can thank us later.

Hip Hop Pole Biatch :

It is a hip hop class with a pole and a pole class with Hip Hop flavor. A really fun, high energy, dance class. This class focuses on simple choreography, just like a hip hop dance class would. During the choreography portion of the class you will learn 2 or 3 Pole Tricks, Transitions and floor work. You will learn a new routine every week. You will not learn any weight bearing tricks during this class, but if you already have some you're welcome to show them off. In this class you will learn the mechanics of how tricks work and the timing... Beginners can take this class as many times as they like until they are comfortable. No experience necessary.

Primal JUNGLE :

Ladies it's a Jungle out there a Stiletto Jungle Take your workout to higher level with more advanced, super-toning motions that build feminine confidence and strength. The series encourages students to find their inner vixen and learn the ropes of walking and dancing in heels. We show you how to build muscles and mastery of dance. This program is designed to introduce you to a whole new dimension of fitness and feminine power! Drop all your preconceived notions about heels. The Celebs use High Heel workouts and with one class you will understand why, the dynamics of your workout are completely changed.
