Susan Hilferty will be teaching intense training for certifications of levels 1-4 every couple of months. This will take place in Miami. Susan has founded Pole Dancers Association of America.com as well as National Association of Pole Dancers.com. Please email and stay tuned for more info on exact dates next year as well as locations. Remember heart disease is still the number one killer for men and women and what better way than exercising your heart pole dancing while donating to a cause that can one day make cardiovascular disease NOT number one anymore. All proceeds will go to the American Heart Association in the loving memory of her mother Joan Hilferty.

At special requests she can take appointments to teach The New York City Ballet Workout and classes set up just for men.

We will be adding more lap and chair dance workshops on the weekends as well as bootcamp and pilates classes. Also look for Drop-in style pole dancing classes for all different levels!

Susan opens 2nd location on South Beach. Look out for a third location opening at the end of 2008!

Susan Hilferty will be holding a grand bash next year to introduce everyone to her new family!
