1) What is the difference between The Original Series 1-6 and The Class Punch Card?

The Original Series
Divisions 1-6:
The Original Series program meets once a week for four weeks. Each week builds on the next with going over the pole tricks and choreography you did the previous week and adding on to the routine and learning more pole work from week to week.Once you finish one level you will graduate to the next level which keeps you learning more pole tricks and choreography. Students go at their own pace and can repeat a division/level if they wish before moving on to the next. This program also includes the Class Punch Card unlimited classes so you can dance everyday and continue to improve with building strength and flexibility.

Class Punch Card : This  program is designed to teach you to pole dance and helps build upper body strength, endurance and flexibility to make for a total workout. Each class in this series is different. You learn different spins, different ways to climb and different ways to invert as well as a different routine each class. This series is different because it does not depend on you being at a previous class. This program is great if you want to dance everyday for exercise rather than going to the gym .The Original Series is NOT part of this program. Intro to pole dancing is necessary to take for all 4 weeks to understand and get the fundamentals of pole dancing down.

2) What do I wear for class?
Please wear comfortable work-out clothes to class. If you are attending spin and climb please pack workout shorts so you do not slide off the pole. Clothes that you would wear to the gym is fine. We do the warm-up in bare feet but then change into our stilettos. Please purchase a pair of shoes from our boutique before your first class and they will be waiting for you when you arrive. If you have your own shoes please bring them because we need all students in the appropriate shoes. Please remember to not put on any oils or lotions as they ruin the poles but also make it much harder for you to grip the pole

3) I don't have a PayPal account. What do I do?
You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay for classes. PayPal is simply a secure server that accepts all major credit cards for your transaction. Please look to the left at the check-in PayPal page to see"Don't have a PayPal account? Click here". It will then take you to the secure page for you to process your payment.

4) What are the class sizes?
You will receive personalized attention with small classes of 6-7 people.

5. Do I need to be a dancer, be thin, or athletic to take the dance classes?
Our classes are designed for women of all sizes, shapes, flexibilities, and levels.
You don't need to have dance experience to take this class.

6. Is there an age or weight limit?
We have women from 18-70 years old in our classes, there is no weight limit.

7. What is your refund policy?
Once you register and take a spot you are not eligible to receive a refund.

8. Will I have my privacy in my dance class?
Yes, we don't allow anybody that is not part of a Pole Fitness dance class to watch.
We also cover all windows and doors.

9. Where can I purchase clothes and shoes for the dance class
?
On the site under boutique.

10. For Strip Tease do I have to take off my clothes?
You will be learning how to take off your clothes in a very slow and sensual way without having to remove
all your clothes, there is no nudity in the class.

11. Any other requirements?
Do not wear any oils or moisturizers, as this impedes pole gripping, floor work, and
can make it dangerous.

12. If I miss one week can I make up my classes?
If you miss one week (only with Levels 1-6) you can double up the following week but then there are no other make-up classes available for the month.

13. Is parking free?

Parking is free at our Coconut Grove location and at South Beach there is plenty of metered parking available.

14. If I decide to wear stilettos which shoes should I wear?
Make sure your shoes are not higher than 6 inches. Your shoes need to have a strap around your ankle so that you can
balance better when you dance.

15. I am interested in buying a dance pole to put in my home, where can I buy one?
You can purchase your dance pole with us, we have poles that are removable and durable and most students get so addicted they purchase one from our boutique on line.

16. I am confused do I have to reserve a pole for my level one class and my class punch card?
You do not have to reserve a pole for your Level 1-6 class because you paid specifically for that day, time and pole on line. You only have to reserve your pole with any of the PC classes. Please call and leave a message at 305-801-3951 to reserve your pole for all of the punch card classes. A 24 hour notice to reserve would be great but you can still call 2 hours before a class to check that their is space. We will only call you back if there is not space. You can also email Susan@PoleFitnessStudio.Net to reserve your pole.
