frequently asked questions
1. I am confused how to buy classes on your schedule software Mind/Body on line. Can you explain?
You will need to create an account by creating a user name and password to pay. Once you do that you can pay a couple of different ways. The First way is going to shop on line and then choosing Series/Memberships and then pick classes. It will give you an option of what package of classes you want. Once you pay, you just go back into 4 wk classes and click enroll under the classes you want.
Another way is under 4 wk classes. You can just click on Sign Up under the class you want and check out and pay from that point. As an example do not worry if you paid for 3 classes a week package but it only allowed you to pick one class a week for 4 wks. After paying the system will allow you to go back in and enroll yourself in and schedule the rest of the classes you want and paid for.
2. What do I wear for class?
Please wear comfortable work-out clothes to class. If you are attending spin and climb please pack workout shorts so you do not slide off the pole. Clothes that you would wear to the gym is fine.
