Privates
Private classes are taught at your home(only if you have your own pole setup @ home or apartment) - (Click here to purchase your pole ) or you can go to her at her gorgeous studio right in Miami. The portable pole allows the convenience of a personal instructor in the comfort of your home. "2 for 1 special" Book any package of private training and split the cost with a friend! Now private training can be fun and affordable.
What To Wear
Please wear comfortable work-out clothes to class. Please pack workout shorts if you are attending spin and climb class. Clothes that you would wear to the gym is fine. We do the warm-up in bare feet but then change into our stillettos. Please purchase a pair of shoes from our boutique before your first class and they will be waiting for you when you arrive. If you have your own shoes please bring them because we need all students in the appropriate shoes. Please remember to not put on any oils or lotions as they ruin the poles but also make it much harder for you to grip the pole.
