TIPS ON HOW TO PICK CLASSES
We Highly recommend all students to be enrolled in a level class (Levels 1-6). All new students start at Level One. We suggest you add a spin and climb class, Pole Fitness Studio Sampler class or any of our specialty classes in order to get sufficient exercise for the week and is the minimum amount of time you need to invest to get better on the pole each week.

You may also click here for Private Training Mon-Friday from 9am-4pm for $75 an hour if a package is purchased. Click here to enroll in one of our Memberships for as low as $150 a month with a 12 month commitment.***
